ordinary.room (“ร้าน”) ให้ความสำคัญกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้า และดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562

ข้อมูลที่ร้านเก็บรวบรวม

• ชื่อและนามสกุลผู้รับ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ ที่อยู่สำหรับจัดส่ง และอีเมล (หากระบุ)
• รายการสินค้า ยอดชำระ และรูปหลักฐานการชำระเงินที่ลูกค้าแนบ
• หมายเลข IP ซึ่งใช้ชั่วคราวเพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด และลบโดยอัตโนมัติภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง

วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

• เพื่อตรวจสอบการชำระเงิน จัดส่งสินค้า และแจ้งสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ
• เพื่อติดต่อลูกค้าในกรณีที่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อ

ร้านส่งชื่อ ที่อยู่ และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ให้บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด เพื่อการจัดส่งเท่านั้น และไม่ขาย ให้เช่า หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลอื่นเพื่อการตลาด

การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย

• ข้อมูลจัดเก็บบนระบบ Cloudflare และรับส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS)
• การดูสถานะคำสั่งซื้อต้องใช้หมายเลขโทรศัพท์คู่กับรหัสไปรษณีย์ปลายทางหรือเลขคำสั่งซื้อ ระบบจำกัดจำนวนครั้งที่ค้นหาได้ และหน้าคำสั่งซื้อแสดงชื่อและหมายเลขโทรศัพท์แบบปิดบังบางส่วน
• รูปหลักฐานการชำระเงินเปิดดูได้เฉพาะผู้ดูแลร้าน
• ร้านเก็บข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อไว้ไม่เกิน 2 ปีเพื่อการบัญชีและการให้บริการหลังการขาย จากนั้นจะลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ลูกค้ามีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ หรือขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนเอง โดยติดต่อร้านพร้อมเลขคำสั่งซื้อ ร้านจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน

คุกกี้และการจัดเก็บในเบราว์เซอร์

เว็บไซต์ไม่ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือติดตามพฤติกรรม รายการในตะกร้า ภาษาที่เลือก และเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่เคยเปิดถูกเก็บไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของลูกค้าเองเท่านั้น

ordinary.room (“the shop”) takes care of its customers’ personal data and follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

What we collect

• The recipient’s full name, phone number, delivery address, and email if given
• The items ordered, the amount paid, and the payment slip you upload
• Your IP address, used briefly to prevent abuse and deleted automatically within 24 hours

Why we use it

• To check payments, ship orders and show order status
• To contact you if there is a problem with your order

We give your name, address and phone number to Thailand Post only to deliver your parcel. We never sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

Storage and security

• Data is stored on Cloudflare and always sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)
• Viewing an order needs the phone number together with the delivery postcode or order number; searches are limited, and order pages show the name and phone number partly hidden
• Payment slips can be opened only by the shop’s administrators
• Order records are kept for at most 2 years for accounting and after-sales service, then deleted or made anonymous

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data by contacting the shop with your order number. We act within 30 days.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart, chosen language and recently opened orders are kept only in your own browser.

ราคาและการสั่งซื้อ

• ราคาสินค้าแสดงเป็นเงินบาท ค่าจัดส่งแสดงแยกก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
• คำสั่งซื้อจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อร้านยืนยันการชำระเงินแล้ว สินค้าถูกจองไว้ให้ระหว่างรอชำระเงินตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• หากเกิดข้อผิดพลาดด้านราคาหรือจำนวนสินค้า ร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อและคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน

การจัดส่ง

ค่าจัดส่งเป็นไปตามอัตราของไปรษณีย์ไทย รวมค่าธรรมเนียมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง และค่าบริการพื้นที่ห่างไกล พื้นที่ท่องเที่ยว และพื้นที่เกาะตามประกาศของไปรษณีย์ไทย (ถ้ามี) ตามอัตราค่าจัดส่ง ระยะเวลาขนส่งเป็นไปตามที่ไปรษณีย์ไทยกำหนด และอาจล่าช้าในช่วงเทศกาลหรือในพื้นที่ห่างไกล

การเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้า

เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขในหน้าการเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้า

ลิขสิทธิ์

ภาพถ่ายและงานออกแบบบนสินค้าเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ ordinary.room ห้ามทำซ้ำหรือนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

Prices and orders

• Prices are in Thai baht. Shipping is shown separately before you place the order.
• An order is complete once the shop confirms payment. Items are held for you while payment is pending, for the time stated.
• If there is a mistake in a price or in stock, the shop may cancel the order and refund it in full.

Shipping

Shipping follows Thailand Post’s rates, including the fuel surcharge and, where it applies, the surcharge for remote, tourist and island areas. Delivery times are set by Thailand Post and may be longer during holidays or in remote areas.
