วิธีสั่งซื้อHow to order

  1. เลือกสินค้าที่หน้า Our Products ในหน้าสินค้า แตะรูปเพื่อเลือกแบบที่ต้องการทีละแบบพร้อมจำนวน หรือกด “ซื้อทั้งเซ็ต” เพื่อใส่ทุกแบบลงตะกร้า
  2. เปิดตะกร้าสินค้า กรอกชื่อ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และที่อยู่สำหรับจัดส่งให้ครบถ้วน
  3. เลือกวิธีจัดส่ง ระบบจะคำนวณค่าจัดส่งจากน้ำหนักรวมของสินค้าและรหัสไปรษณีย์ปลายทาง แล้วแสดงยอดที่ต้องชำระ
  4. เลือกวิธีชำระเงิน ยอมรับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข แล้วกด “ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ”
  5. ระบบจะแสดงเลขคำสั่งซื้อ QR พร้อมเพย์ และเลขบัญชีธนาคาร กรุณาชำระเงินและแนบหลักฐานการชำระเงินในหน้าเดียวกัน
  6. เมื่อร้านยืนยันการชำระเงิน สินค้าจะถูกจัดส่งภายใน 1–2 วันทำการ (ร้านไม่จัดส่งวันอาทิตย์) และหน้าคำสั่งซื้อจะแสดงเลขพัสดุ
  1. Choose from Our Products. On a product page, tap the designs you want and set how many of each, or press “Buy the full set” to add every design.
  2. Open your cart and fill in your name, phone number and delivery address.
  3. Choose a shipping method. The fee is worked out from the total weight and the destination postcode, and the amount to pay is shown.
  4. Choose how to pay, accept the privacy policy and the terms and conditions, then press “Place order”.
  5. You will see your order number, a PromptPay QR and the bank account. Pay and upload the payment slip on the same page.
  6. Once the shop confirms your payment, the order ships within 1–2 business days (no dispatch on Sundays) and the order page shows the parcel number.

No account is needed. Follow your order any time on the Track order page with the phone number and delivery postcode you used; there is no order or parcel number to remember. Once the parcel is labelled, the status updates by itself when the post office scans it.

สแกน QR ในหน้าคำสั่งซื้อด้วยแอปธนาคารใดก็ได้ ยอดเงินถูกใส่ไว้ใน QR แล้ว จึงไม่ต้องพิมพ์ยอดเอง

Scan the QR on your order page with any Thai banking app. The amount is already in the QR, so there is nothing to type.

The shop’s account number and name are on your order page. Please transfer the exact amount due.

การแนบหลักฐานการชำระเงินและระยะเวลาPayment slips and time limits

  • แนบรูปหลักฐานการชำระเงินในหน้าคำสั่งซื้อ ร้านตรวจสอบยอดเงินภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
  • กรุณาชำระเงินภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังสั่งซื้อ หากเกินกำหนด ระบบจะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อและคืนสินค้าเข้าสต็อกโดยอัตโนมัติ
  • ร้านไม่มีนโยบายขอรหัสผ่าน รหัส OTP หรือข้อมูลบัตรของลูกค้าทุกกรณี
  • Upload a photo of your payment slip on the order page. The shop checks it within 24 hours.
  • Please pay within 24 hours of ordering. After that, the order is cancelled and the items return to stock automatically.
  • The shop will never ask for your password, OTP or card details, under any circumstances.

การจัดส่งและค่าจัดส่งShipping and rates

จัดส่งทั่วประเทศโดยไปรษณีย์ไทย ทุกวันจันทร์ถึงศุกร์ ยกเว้นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ เลือกได้ทั้ง ecoPost และ EMS ค่าจัดส่งคิดตามน้ำหนักรวมของสินค้ารวมบรรจุภัณฑ์ ตามอัตราของไปรษณีย์ไทยที่มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2569 อัตราในตารางรวมค่าธรรมเนียมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงแล้ว และตรงกับยอดที่แสดงในหน้าตะกร้า

We ship across Thailand with Thailand Post, Monday to Friday except public holidays, by ecoPost or EMS. The fee follows Thailand Post’s rates in effect from 1 January 2026, by the total weight of the items including packaging. The rates below include the fuel surcharge and match what your cart shows.

การบรรจุหีบห่อPackaging

  • โปสการ์ดทุกแผ่นอยู่ในถุงใสกันฝุ่น แล้วบรรจุในซองพร้อมแผ่นแข็งกันงอ เช่นเดียวกับที่คั่นหนังสือ สติกเกอร์ และโปสเตอร์ A5
  • ปฏิทิน A4 บรรจุในกระบอกกระดาษ จึงมีค่าบรรจุภัณฑ์เพิ่มตามตารางด้านบน
  • Every postcard comes in a clear sleeve, then goes in an envelope with a stiff board, as do bookmarks, stickers and A5 posters.
  • A4 calendars ship in a paper tube, which adds the packaging fee shown above.

การเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้าExchanges and returns

  • หากสินค้าเสียหายจากการขนส่ง หรือได้รับสินค้าไม่ตรงกับที่สั่ง กรุณาแจ้งร้านภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
  • กรุณาถ่ายวิดีโอขณะเปิดพัสดุ และแนบรูปสินค้าพร้อมเลขคำสั่งซื้อเมื่อติดต่อร้าน
  • ร้านจะส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย หรือคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนในกรณีที่สินค้าหมด
  • ร้านไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าในกรณีเปลี่ยนใจ เนื่องจากเป็นสินค้าผลิตจำนวนจำกัด
  • ภาพสินค้าเป็นภาพตัวอย่าง สีของสินค้าจริงอาจแตกต่างเล็กน้อยตามการแสดงผลของหน้าจอ
  • If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please tell the shop within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Please film the parcel as you open it, and send photos with your order number when you contact us.
  • We send a replacement free of charge, or refund in full if the item has sold out.
  • We cannot accept exchanges or returns for a change of mind, as every item is made in limited quantities.
  • Product pictures are samples. Printed colours may look slightly different on your screen.

ยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้หรือไม่

What is the difference between a full set and single designs?

The price per piece is the same, but sets marked “Free shipping” ship free by ecoPost when one order has every design, whether you press “Buy the full set” or pick them all yourself.

Can I change the address after ordering?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Contact the shop with your order number and the new address.

Can I cancel an order?

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically when the payment time runs out. If you have paid and want to cancel, contact the shop before it ships.

Will sold-out designs come back?

Some designs are printed only once. New print runs are announced on Instagram.

Can I order in bulk as souvenirs?

Yes. Email the shop to ask about prices and production time.

Do you ship abroad?

For now we ship within Thailand only.

How can I contact the shop?
